About City Hall

A grand silver tower that hosts the seven-member Flora Council, which oversees all legislative, judicial, and other government affairs. The council is presided over by Chairman Rose, who holds three votes and veto power over the other members. Speakers are set up around the entire building which will blast out important announcements or warnings for the rest of the city.
