Brief History: Eugene was born to a rich young man and the owner of the Hot Springs in Lavaridge Town. His father, heir to a large fortune and current owner of a villa not far from the town, raised Eugene in his own serious image. As future heir to both this large fortune and eventually his mother's hot springs, he always tried hard to live up to every expectation put on him. After his younger brother showed interest in running a business of his own, Eugene's parents agreed to give their eldest son a break from his responsibilities to experience something new. By their recommendation, he chose to go to ranger school and become a full ranger until his father decides to retire.
