About the Power Plant

A huge facility flanked by colossal cooling towers and other structures. It is almost entirely self-sufficient, needing no human workers except for occasional maintenance, and as a consequence has become a strange and unique habitat of its own. Inside there are only empty dark hallways filled with droning machinery. The plant generates power for every home in the region. Trainers flock here, occasionally on dares.
