Brief History: A man from humble beginnings who climbed to the top through will and determination. He first rose to prominence as a young teen when he blazed through the Hoenn League, and caused an even bigger stir on the scene when he chose to cut his challenge short to become a policeman. Many praised his humility in seeking a life in public service rather than the glory of a championship, while others lamented it as a waste of potential, or worse, a grab at publicity.

Julius enjoyed a brief but successful stint in his new career before being approached by the Flora Coalition. Initially, he was said to have refused the alleged offer they extended for him to join their project, but a year later, resigned from his post for unknown reasons. By then, the Flora Coalition had gathered the Masters, and Julius took a tour through the islands, defeating them one after another. For his skill and mastery, he was declared by the Coalition as the region's first champion. Since then he has reigned undefeated, defending his title from all challengers and transforming into half a legend across the Flora Islands.
